Voice Thread
VoiceThread
Above are VoiceThread productions which I have made throughout my tenure as a Wilkes University graduate student. They include a discussion on Empathy and Leadership, the Consequences of no play time for children, and a dissertation on when I knew that I was going to become an educator.
The individual productions may be accessed by clicking on the image of the production itself, then proceeding to the link provided.
CLASSROOM
With the use of both Solidworks and Inventor, students explore the world of 3D drafting and design, using both traditional book and paper based drawings, and reverse-engineering procedures. Who says you are too old to play with Lego's? Not us! Lego, Knex and similar kits play a major part in this program, as students learn to reverse engineer parts by measuring, then drawing them. They then go on to assemble and even animate their creations. Also included in this program is the use of 3D printers, with students developing such items as memory stick cases, phone holders and chess sets in CAD, then printing their pieces.
COMPETITION
Many of the competitions within the Technology Student Association require technical drawings. The CAD program supports each of these events by producing the necessary detailed and pictoral drawings to accompany the physical projects.

I will admit to using YouTube for a vast array of technical videos, mostly dealing with CAD or other manufacturing software. I also use it to assist with home improvement projects (siding, wrapping a window, etc.). Until recently I was unable to incorporate it into the classroom due to our school's blocking policies, but with their recent loosening of blocks, I will use it more both as a reference and to create my own instructional videos.
Above are several videos which I created for the various Wilkes classes, including a how-to video on using CNC equipment, a Masonic informational video and desalination. While I have created other videos in the past, I have not posted many of them...

Prezi Presentations
PRESENTATIONS
While I am often doing presentations for various groups, and I absolutely love what Prezi can do with presentations, the time frame to set up and run a Prezi (at least for me) is exponentially higher than that of a standard Power Point. When I have the time, I like to create the presentation using Prezi, as it is much more entertaining and has a higher impact on those watching it.
Above are several Prezi presentations which I have both completed and used either in the classroom or in a public setting. Each have shared links to them that can be accessed by clicking on their image and proceeding to the site.
Glogster
GLOGSTER
A series of glogs for in the classroom to introduce and exemplify various programs including architecture, robotics, cad, manufacturing and TSA. There is currently an issue with the text on these glogs which is being looked into by the official website team, so they are inactive at the moment.
Blog
BLOGSPOT
Throughout my tenure as a Wilkes University students, many of the classes required a summary of various investigations and projects to be posted in a blog format. While I don't consider myself much of a philosopher, I do hope that the posts provide you with some interest.
The image above will link you to the public access part of the blogs which I had developed and submitted over my time there. The site can be accessed by clicking on the image and accessing the link.
